Procuration
La procréation est l'action de la prise en charge, donc de la gestion, de l'intendance, de l'agence. Le mot est appliqué à l'autorité ou au pouvoir délégué à un procureur, ou agent, ainsi qu'à l'exercice de cette autorité exprimée fréquemment par procuration, ou peu de temps par pro., Ou simplement p.p. Une utilisation commune de pro procurationem se produit dans des lettres d'affaires, qui sont souvent signées au nom d'une autre personne. Par exemple, étant donné qu'un secrétaire autorisé à signer une lettre au nom du président d'une entreprise, la signature prend la forme: p. Signature du secrétaire Nom du président ou nom du président p.p. Signature du secrétaire Généralement en pratique, une autre forme est utilisée: Signature du secrétaire p. Nom du président L'utilisation correcte fait l'objet d'un débat. Il a été compris à la fois "par l'intermédiaire de l'agence" et "au nom de". La raison en est que la signification de la phrase par procurationem est ambiguë si elle est utilisée avec des noms anglais indécablables. Procuratio est lié aux mots "pro" et "cura". Il est donc proche du sens de «l'agence» - agir au lieu de quelqu'un.
