Stifle

L'étoupe est une articulation dans les jambes des chevaux, des chiens et d'autres animaux, ce qui équivaut au genou chez les humains. L'articulation étouffante est formée par 3 os: le fémur, la rotule et le tibia. La grande articulation se compose de 3 plus petits: femoropatellaire, femorotibial médiale et articulation femortibiale latérale. The stifle is a joint in the legs of horses, dogs, and other animals, equivalent to the knee in humans. The stifle joint is formed by 3 bones: the femur, patella, and tibia. The large joint consists of 3 smaller ones: femoropatellar, medial femorotibial, and lateral femorotibial joint.
