QUE SIGNIFIE TASTE EN ANGLAIS

Goût

Le goût, la perception gustative ou la gustation est l'impression sensorielle des aliments ou d'autres substances sur la langue et est l'un des cinq sens traditionnels. Le goût est la sensation produite lorsqu'une substance dans la bouche réagit chimiquement avec des cellules réceptrices du goût situées sur les papilles gustatives. Le goût, avec l'odorat et la stimulation du nerf trigeminal, détermine les saveurs de nourriture ou d'autres substances. Les humains ont des récepteurs de goût sur les papilles gustatives et d'autres domaines, y compris la surface supérieure de la langue et l'épiglotte. La langue est couverte de milliers de petits bosses appelées papilles, facilement visibles à l'œil nu. Dans chaque papille sont des centaines de papilles gustatives. L'exception à cela est les papilles filiformes qui ne contiennent pas de papilles gustatives. Il existe entre 2000 et 5000 papilles gustatives situées à l'arrière et à l'avant de la langue. D'autres sont situés sur le toit, les côtés et le dos de la bouche, et dans la gorge. Chaque gâteau de goût comprend 50 à 100 cellules réceptrices du goût. La sensation de goût peut être classée en cinq goûts basiques: douceur, aigreur, salaison, amertume et umami.
