Hon est un pic dans les montagnes occidentales de Bieszczady, dans le High Divide, dans le parc paysager de Cieszyn-Wetlinski. C'est un aboutissement incontestable de l'achèvement de la crête principale de la Haute Division dans le sud-est. Un autre sommet important dans cette crête est Osina. Hon tours sur les villages de Majdan, où le versant sud escarpé, ainsi que Cisna, tombe dans la direction dans laquelle l'extrémité de la crête est abaissée. Ces villages se trouvent dans la vallée de Solina drainant le versant sud, tandis que les pentes nord-est tombent dans la vallée du ruisseau sans nom - l'affluent gauche de Solinki à Cisna. Il y a un sentier de randonnée rouge appelé Main Beskid Trail, qui mène de Cisna, Hon et Volosan à Chrysopa, puis à Komańcza. Pics et pentes à l'exception des zones situées en dessous de 650-700 m. Près de Cisna sont boisés et ne représentent pas des vues. Sur le versant nord-est, à 663 m d'altitude, une auberge touristique - Bacówka "Pod Honem" a été créée en 1986, à côté de laquelle se déroule la route touristique.

Hon – szczyt w Bieszczadach Zachodnich, w paśmie Wysokiego Działu, na terenie Ciśniańsko-Wetlińskiego Parku Krajobrazowego. Jest niewybitną kulminacją będącą zakończeniem głównego grzbietu Wysokiego Działu na południowym wschodzie. Następnym ważnym szczytem w tym grzbiecie jest Osina. Hon góruje nad miejscowościami Majdan, dokąd bezpośrednio opada stromy południowy stok, a także Cisną, w kierunku której obniża się końcowy odcinek grzbietu. Wsie te leżą w dolinie Solinki odwadniającej południowe zbocza, natomiast północno-wschodnie stoki opadają do doliny nienazwanego potoku – lewego dopływu Solinki w Cisnej. Przez wierzchołek wiedzie czerwony szlak pieszy zwany Głównym Szlakiem Beskidzkim, prowadzący na tym odcinku z Cisnej, przez Hon i Wołosań na Chryszczatą, a następnie do Komańczy. Szczyt i stoki z wyjątkiem terenów położonych poniżej 650–700 m n.p.m. w pobliżu Cisnej są zalesione i nie przedstawiają walorów widokowych. Na północno-wschodnim stoku, na wysokości 663 m n.p.m., powstało w 1986 r. schronisko turystyczne – Bacówka „Pod Honem”, obok którego przebiega szlak turystyczny.
