O QUE SIGNIFICA PNEUMOTHORAX EM ALEMÃO
pneumotórax
O pneumotórax geralmente é uma ocorrência aguda, dependendo da gravidade da doença que ameaça a vida, em que o ar entra na cavidade pleural e, assim, dificulta a expansão de uma asa do pulmão ou ambas as asas do pulmão, de modo que estas não estão disponíveis para a respiração ou apenas em uma extensão limitada. A manifestação varia entre os volumes mínimos de ar, que raramente são observados pelo paciente, através de um colapso pulmonar no pneumotórax da tensão, em que ambos os pulmões e a função cardiovascular podem ser drasticamente restritos. No caso de um pneumotórax de tensão, deve-se assumir um perigo de vida agudo.
