A roleta é um jogo de casino com o nome de um diminutivo francês para pequena roda. No jogo, os jogadores podem optar por apostar em um único número ou numero de números, as cores vermelhas ou pretas, ou se o número é ímpar ou par. Para determinar o número vencedor e a cor, um croupier gira uma roda em uma direção, depois gira uma bola na direção oposta ao redor de uma trilha circular inclinada que circula pela circunferência da roda. In the game, players may choose to place bets on either a single number or a range of numbers, the colors red or black, or whether the number is odd or even. To determine the winning number and color, a croupier spins a wheel in one direction, then spins a ball in the opposite direction around a tilted circular track running around the circumference of the wheel. The ball eventually loses momentum and falls onto the wheel and into one of 37 or 38 colored and numbered pockets on the wheel.
