Relațiile umane
Relațiile umane sunt termenul de sociologie ocupațională și psihologie a societății, care descrie relațiile sociale informale din cadrul companiei între angajați sau între angajați și manageri. Acestea ar trebui să se dezvolte într-o formă cât mai liberă de conflicte posibil și apoi să aibă un efect pozitiv asupra performanței muncii. Este, de asemenea, utilizat în societățile industriale și industriale, care, totuși, se concentrează mai mult pe relațiile formale industriale și de muncă.
