Virgula, din comma greacă, este o semnătură de punctuație și apare în câteva variante în diferite limbi. Are aceeași formă ca un apostrof sau o singură cotație de închidere în multe texte, dar diferă de ele în a fi plasate pe linia de bază a textului. Unele tipuri de fonturi o fac ca o linie mică, ușor curbată sau dreaptă, dar înclinată de verticală sau cu aspectul unui număr mic, umplut 9.
