Comunicare
Comunicarea este activitatea de transmitere a informațiilor prin schimbul de idei, sentimente, intenții, atitudini, așteptări, percepții sau comenzi, precum prin vorbire, gesturi, scrieri, comportamente și eventual prin alte mijloace cum ar fi fenomenele electromagnetice, chimice sau fizice. Este schimbul semnificativ de informații între doi sau mai mulți participanți. Comunicarea necesită un expeditor, un mesaj, un mediu și un destinatar, deși receptorul nu trebuie să fie prezent sau conștient de intenția expeditorului de a comunica în momentul comunicării; astfel încât comunicarea poate avea loc pe distanțe mari în timp și spațiu. Comunicarea impune ca părțile comunicante să aibă o comunitate comună. Procesul de comunicare este completat odată ce receptorul înțelege mesajul expeditorului. Comunicarea cu ceilalți presupune trei etape principale: ▪ Gândire: În primul rând, informațiile există în mintea expeditorului. Acesta poate fi un concept, o idee, o informație sau un sentiment. ▪ Codificare: Apoi, un mesaj este trimis unui receptor în cuvinte sau alte simboluri.
