Halebardă
Un halberd este o armă polară cu două mâini care a ajuns să fie folosită în timpul secolelor al XIV-lea și al XV-lea. Cuvântul halberd poate proveni din cuvintele germane Halm și Barte. În germana modernă, arma este numită Hellebarde. Halberdul constă dintr-o lamă de topor cu vârful ascuțit pe un arbore lung. Ea are întotdeauna un cârlig sau spini pe partea din spate a lamei axului pentru a lupta împotriva combatanților. Este foarte asemănător cu anumite forme ale vulge în design și utilizare. Halberdul era de 1,5 până la 1,8 metri lungime.
