Șuncă
Hamul este un produs alimentar prelucrat din carne de porc, care este supus conservării prin vindecare, fumat sau sărare. Șunca a fost făcută în mod tradițional numai din piciorul din spate al porcului și sa referit la acea bucată de carne de porc.
