Vocal sac
Sacul vocal este membrana flexibilă a pielii posedată de cele mai multe broaște masculine. Scopul sacului vocal este, de obicei, o amplificare a apelului lor de împerechere sau de publicitate. Prezenta sau dezvoltarea sacului vocal este o modalitate de determinare externă a sexului unei broaște la multe specii. Sacul vocal este deschis la cavitatea bucală a broaștei, cu două fante pe fiecare parte a limbii. Pentru a apela, broasca își umflă plămânii și își închide nasul și gura.
