Definition of plumon in the French dictionary

The first definition of plumon in the dictionary is integumentary appendage, usually consisting of a thick pipe, prolonged by a tapered stem, trimmed with lateral barbs, and which, covering the bird in large numbers, protects it and allows it to fly . Another definition of plumon is mammals and birds that are hunted. Plumon is also the finest feathers used to pad various pieces of bedding.
