poghírka, poghírci, s.f. (reg.) 1. (especially at pl.) hemp yarns late and undeveloped, remaining small and thin; jokers, bastards (from which the best canister is made). 2. (at pl.) Cereals, vegetables, fruits, etc. poorly developed. 3. Small, stubborn man; (in the form: boghirca) man with a weak, stupid, ungainly mind; bad player in gambling; ugly woman. 4. bird name. 5 s.m. (in poghirc form) creeper plant name. poghírcă, poghírci, s.f. (reg.) 1. (mai ales la pl.) fire de cânepă răsărite târziu și nedezvoltate, rămase mici și subțiri; poșomogi, bârzoci (din care se face cea mai bună canură). 2. (la pl.) cereale, legume, fructe etc. slab dezvoltate. 3. om mic de statură, pipernicit; (în forma: boghircă) om cu mintea slabă, prost, neghiob; jucător prost la jocurile de noroc; femeie urâtă. 4. nume de pasăre. 5. s.m. (în forma poghirc) nume de plantă târâtoare.
