Test (évaluation)
Un examen ou un examen est une évaluation destinée à mesurer les connaissances, les compétences, l'aptitude, l'aptitude physique ou la classification de l'examinateur dans de nombreux autres sujets. Un test peut être administré par voie orale, sur papier, sur un ordinateur ou dans une zone confinée qui nécessite un preneur de test pour effectuer physiquement un ensemble de compétences. Les tests varient selon le style, la rigueur et les exigences. Par exemple, dans un test de livre fermé, un preneur de test est souvent obligé de compter sur la mémoire pour répondre à des articles spécifiques alors que dans un test de livre ouvert, un examinateur peut utiliser un ou plusieurs outils supplémentaires tels qu'un livre de référence ou une calculatrice lors de la réponse À un élément. Un test peut être administré de manière formelle ou informelle. Un exemple d'un test informel serait un test de lecture administré par un parent à un enfant. Un exemple d'un test formel serait un examen final administré par un enseignant dans une salle de classe ou un I.Q. Test administré par un psychologue dans une clinique. Les tests formels donnent souvent une note ou un score de test. Un score de test peut être interprété en ce qui concerne une norme ou un critère, ou occasionnellement les deux. La norme peut être établie indépendamment, ou par une analyse statistique d'un grand nombre de participants.
