Considération
La notion de valeur juridique dans le cadre des contrats est la considération. C'est quelque chose de valeur promis à un autre lors de la conclusion d'un contrat. Il peut prendre la forme d'argent, d'objets physiques, de services, d'actions promises, d'abstinence d'une action future, et bien plus encore.
