La dysphonie
La dysphonie est le terme médical pour les troubles de la voix: une altération de la capacité à produire des sons vocaux utilisant les organes vocaux. Ainsi, la dysphonie est un trouble de la phonation. La voix dysphonique peut être ronrone ou excessive, dure ou rugueuse, mais une sorte de phonation est encore possible. La dysphonie a des causes organiques ou fonctionnelles en raison d'une altération de l'un des organes vocaux. Cependant, généralement, il est causé par une sorte d'interruption de la capacité des plis vocaux à vibrer normalement pendant l'expiration. Ainsi, il est le plus souvent observé dans la production de sons vocaux. Par exemple, lors de la phonation normale typique, les plis vocaux se conjuguent pour vibrer dans un simple cycle ouvert / fermé modulant le flux d'air des poumons. La faiblesse d'un côté du larynx peut empêcher les vibrations cycliques simples et entraîner un mouvement irrégulier dans un ou les deux côtés de la glotte. Ce mouvement irrégulier est entendu comme une rugosité. Ceci est assez fréquent dans la parésie du pli vocal.
