Maderisation
Maderizarea este un proces care implică încălzirea și oxidarea unui vin. Termenul este denumit după procesul folosit pentru producerea vinului Madeira, unde apare vinul în butoi. Vinul rezultat se întunecă în culori și dobândește un caracter Sherry. În afara vinului din Madeira, acesta este, în general, văzut ca o vină de vin, dar este de dorit în cazul anumitor vinuri de desert în cazul în care se produce în cursul îmbătrânirii îndelungi a sticlelor.
