Ist ein Strauch Himbeere buschige Staude mit kriechenden Sprosse, Stängel gerade, gebogen in Richtung der Spitze mit den Widerhaken gerade, in Form von Nadeln, die manchmal nur auf dem Boden platzieren. Himbeere gehört zur Familie der Rosaceae. Die Blätter bestehen aus 3-7 Laub, gezahnt auf den Rändern, grün auf dem oberen, weißlich auf dem Boden. Sie werden frisch oder getrocknet bei der Zubereitung von medizinischen Tees verwendet, die zur Behandlung von Menstruationsschmerzen empfohlen werden. Himbeerblüten sind weiß, bestehen aus 5 Kelchblättern, 5 Blütenblättern und vielen Staubblättern und sind eine wichtige Nektarquelle für honigproduzierende Bienen. Die Frucht, die Himbeere genannt wird, ist in der Farbe rot, mit angenehmem Geruch und saurem Geschmack. Himbeeren werden aus zwei Gründen angebaut: zum Frischobstkonsum und zur industriellen Verarbeitung. Himbeer-Extrakte Xylitol, ein Süßstoff, der besonders zur Behandlung und Vorbeugung von Zahnkaries verwendet wird. Himbeeren blühen von Mai bis Juli. Wächst spontan an felsigen Stellen, Wäldern des Waldes, hügeligen und bergigen Regionen.
