Notary
The notary is the person who makes the notary profession. Notary public service. Notaries document procedures to provide legal security and prevent disputes and perform other duties assigned by law. A notary office shall be established where each court and individual courts of justice shall be entitled to see notary works in the jurisdiction of that court. Notaries are divided into four classes. The first, second and third grade notaries are classified by the Ministry of Justice, taking the opinion of the Notaries Union of Turkey. In this classification, each notation is based on the population within the jurisdiction, work intensity and notary income. Generally, notaries linked to the same court are counted in the same class. Notaries are divided into three classes. Those who enter the profession by appointment to a third-grade notarial for the first time start a third-grade service at the time they start work. The minimum service period for the second and third grades of the notary is four years.
