Micromanagement

Dans la gestion des affaires, la micromanagement est un style de gestion par lequel un gestionnaire observe de près ou contrôle le travail des subordonnés ou des employés. La micromanagement a généralement une connotation négative. In business management, micromanagement is a management style whereby a manager closely observes or controls the work of subordinates or employees. Micromanagement generally has a negative connotation.
