Maltase is an enzyme that acts on the maltose transforming it into glucose, for that process to occur, these enzymes stick to maltose, and through a process called that image maltose turns into glucose. Maltase é uma enzima que atua sobre a maltose transformando-a em glicose, para esse processo ocorrer, essas enzimas grudam sobre a maltose, e por meio de um processo denominado queimagem a maltose se transforma em glicose.
