Radio rangefinder
Radio rangefinder is a device that detects radio waves, distances to objects. The principle of operation of a laser is based on determining the time of the radio signal propagation from the instrument to the object and back or on measuring the phase difference or the frequencies of the radiation and received radio signals during their passage along the measured line. In geodetic surveys, radio wave propagation is measured by phase mode.
