Agreeability este o trăsătură de personalitate care se manifestă în caracteristici comportamentale individuale care sunt percepute ca fiind de natură, simpatice, cooperante, calde și considerate. În psihologia personalității contemporane, agreabilitatea este una dintre cele cinci dimensiuni majore ale structurii personalității, reflectând diferențele individuale în cooperare și armonie socială. Persoanele care înregistrează un punctaj ridicat pe această dimensiune tind să creadă că majoritatea oamenilor sunt cinstiți, decenți și demni de încredere. Persoanele care nu au agreabilitate sunt, în general, mai puțin preocupate de bunăstarea celorlalți și prezintă un raport mai puțin de empatie. Prin urmare, aceste persoane sunt mai puțin susceptibile de a ieși din calea lor de a ajuta pe alții. Comportamentul scăzut este adesea caracterizat de scepticismul cu privire la motivele altor persoane, care duc la suspiciune și neprietenos. Oamenii foarte slabi de agreabil au tendința de a fi manipulativi în relațiile lor sociale. Este, de asemenea, mult mai probabil să concureze decât să coopereze.
