Legitimiștii sunt regaliști în Franța, care aderă la drepturile succesiunii dinastice a descendenților ramurii mai vechi a dinastiei Bourbon, care a fost răsturnată în Revoluția din 1830. Ei resping afirmația Monarhiei din iulie 1830-1848, al cărei rege era membru al liniei junior din Orleans din dinastia Bourbon.
