Period prior to the occurrence of a disaster, declared for the purpose of taking general precautions, to avoid the existence of possible misfortunes. It is the second of three possible conduction states that occur in the emergency phase. It warns that an animal is approaching, but that is less imminent than what would imply a message of warning.
