Diplomacy
Diplomacy is the art and practice of conducting negotiations between representatives of groups or countries. The term is often referred to as international diplomacy, ie the handling of relations between nations and organizations through negotiations between professional diplomats on issues such as peace, trade, war, economy and culture. International agreements are often negotiated by diplomats before they are agreed upon by the national authorities. The term diplomacy comes from the Greek word diploma. During the Ancient Greece period, a diploma is a certificate that states the end of the study and is usually folded in two. During the ancient Roman empire, diplomas were used to describe official travel documents such as passports and also releases to use empire roads, which were stamped on two metal plates. Later, its understanding expanded to include other official documents including agreements with foreign tribes.
