In gastronomy, how to prepare, especially meat and other foods, by direct exposure to caloric radiation, in various ways: in the frying = pieces of food or a whole animal are infected on a wooden or metal bar; at the proft = on a verge supported by two cranes; at the grill = on a grill above hot coals, on a gas flame or on an electric grill; some foods can be fried directly on the jar, and meat can be roasted in the oven, which is technically a baking.
