La Chambre de commerce internationale (ICC): la Chambre de commerce internationale (CCI) est la plus grande et la plus représentative organisation commerciale au monde. Ses centaines de milliers d'entreprises membres dans plus de 180 pays ont des intérêts couvrant tous les secteurs de l'entreprise privée. ICC a trois activités principales: l'établissement des règles, le règlement des différends et le plaidoyer en matière de politiques. Parce que ses sociétés membres et leurs associations sont elles-mêmes engagées dans des affaires internationales, ICC a un pouvoir incomparable dans la mise en place de règles qui régissent la conduite des affaires transfrontalières. Bien que ces règles soient volontaires, elles sont observées dans des milliers de transactions chaque jour et font partie du commerce international. Un réseau mondial de comités nationaux dans plus de 90 pays préconise les priorités commerciales au niveau national et régional. Plus de 2 000 experts issus des sociétés membres de la CPI alimentent leurs connaissances et leur expérience dans l'élaboration de la position de la CPI sur des questions d'affaires spécifiques. La CPI tient l'Organisation des Nations Unies, l'Organisation mondiale du commerce et de nombreux autres organes intergouvernementaux, tant internationaux que régionaux, en contact avec les points de vue des entreprises internationales.
