Fragilitate
În fizica sticlei, fragilitatea caracterizează cât de repede dinamica unui material încetinește în timp ce este răcită spre tranziția de sticlă: materialele cu o fragilitate mai ridicată au un interval relativ îngust de temperatură în tranziție de sticlă, în timp ce cele cu fragilitate scăzută au o temperatură de tranziție în stare de sticlă relativ mare gamă. Din punct de vedere fizic, fragilitatea poate fi legată de prezența eterogenității dinamice în ochelari, precum și de defalcarea relației obișnuite a lui Stokes-Einstein între vâscozitate și difuzie.
