Charging - a set of physical exercises, performed, as a rule, in the morning, in order to warm up muscles and joints. Charging is a mandatory procedure in the army and at sports camps. Usually, the charge can be performed in the air, in the gym or at home. The complex usually includes exercises for muscles of the neck, back, stomach, legs and arms. Worked large joints - neck, shoulders, elbows, chest, pelvis, knees. Bending-extension, stretching, twisting. Typical exercises: stretching, tilting, squatting, squeezing. The charge is usually carried out by a qualified trainer, who shows the exercises to the group, which then repeats them, sometimes to the music.
