Diffamation
La diffamation - également appelée calomnie, vilissement ou traduction - est la communication d'une fausse déclaration qui nuit à la réputation d'un individu, d'une entreprise, d'un produit, d'un groupe, d'un gouvernement, d'une religion ou d'une nation. La plupart des juridictions autorisent une action en justice pour dissuader diverses sortes de diffamation et réagir contre des critiques sans fondement.
