Komando

Komando - la cellule primaire dans l'organisation du travail dans les camps de concentration allemands, composée de plusieurs, plusieurs dizaines ou même plusieurs centaines de prisonniers, dirigés par un prisonnier kapo. Komanda est dérivé du travail des premiers transports qui ont construit le camp à partir de zéro. Dans le système des exercices mortels, se rendre à un commando particulier était une question de vie ou de mort. Les équipes les plus difficiles ont été employées dans le travail physique à l'extérieur. En hiver, ils ont recueilli le plus grand nombre de victimes. Dans une certaine perspective la vie n'était pas plus grande que 2-3 semaines. Parmi les expériences les plus légères et les plus durables, citons, par exemple, le travail dans la cuisine, dans l'orchestre de camp, dans l'administration ou dans le tri de divers types de propriétés après avoir été gazé au Canada. Les Komanders qui travaillaient à l'extérieur du camp ont donné aux prisonniers l'opportunité «d'organiser» des rations alimentaires supplémentaires, des outils illégaux, des médicaments. Ils ont facilité la tâche de ceux qui cherchaient à s'échapper du camp.

Komanda wywodzą się z organizacji pracy pierwszych transportów, które budowały obóz od podstaw. W systemie śmiertelnego wycieńczania pracą dostanie się do określonego komanda było kwestią życia lub śmierci. Do najtrudniejszych komand należały zatrudnione przy fizycznej pracy na zewnątrz. Zimą zbierały one największą liczbę ofiar. W niektórych perspektywa życia nie była większa niż 2-3 tygodnie. Do najlżejszych, rokujących na dłuższe przeżycie należała np. praca w kuchni, w orkiestrze obozowej, w administracji czy praca przy sortowaniu różnego rodzaju mienia po zagazowanych w „Kanadzie”. Komanda pracujące na zewnątrz obozu stwarzały z kolei szansę więźniom na „zorganizowanie” dodatkowych racji żywnościowych, nielegalnych narzędzi, lekarstw. Były one ułatwieniem dla szukających ucieczki z obozu.
