În legea dovezii, o prezumție a unui anumit fapt poate fi făcută fără ajutorul dovezii în anumite situații. Tipurile de prezumție includ o prezumție discreționară combinată, o prezumție obligatorie și o prezumție indiscutabilă sau concludentă.
