QUE SIGNIFIE FILIATION EN ANGLAIS
Filiation
Filiation est le terme légal qui se réfère au statut juridique reconnu de la relation entre les membres de la famille, ou plus précisément le lien juridique entre parent et enfant. Comme l'a décrit le gouvernement du Québec: la discussion est la relation qui existe entre un enfant et les parents de l'enfant, qu'il s'agisse des parents ou du sexe opposé. La relation peut être établie par le sang, par la loi dans certains cas, ou par un jugement d'adoption. Une fois la filiation établie, elle crée des droits et des obligations tant pour l'enfant que pour les parents, peu importe les circonstances de la naissance de l'enfant. La filiation diffère, mais influe sur les droits parentaux et les héritages. Un exemple de loi concernant la filiation se trouve dans le Code civil du Québec, Livre 2, Titre 2 "Filiation", qui détaille comment la filiation peut être établie, revendiquée et transférée.
